Sadullah Pasa Yalisi
This red colored mansion which is considered one of the important examples
of the 18th century civilian architecture was inhabited by notable families for
nearly 200 years. The mansion is named after Sadullah Pasa who was appointed as
an ambassador to Berlin.
Khedive Palace
Located on the top of the hill, this attractive summer palace in the Art
Nouvoe style was built architect Alfo Seminati for Abbas Hilmi Pasa, the last
of Egyptian Khedives. When Hilmi Pasa decided to move to Europe, the palace was
sold to Istanbul Municipality for a nominal fee in 1930. After staying empty for
nearly 50 years, the palace was restored to its former glory by Turkish Touring
and Automobile Club under the guidance of Celik Gulersoy Palace now serves
Kucuksu kasri
This very attractive palace in marble was built by architect Nigogos Balyan
for Sultan Abdulmecid as a hunting palace in 1856.
