IMPERIAL MOSQUES IN ISTANBUL Istanbul has great number of Imperial

YENI CAMI Located in the old Jewish Quarter
of Istanbul, Yeni Cami was started by Sultan Mehmed VI who had certain
difficulties during the construction.
EYÜP CAMİ Eyup district took its name from Eyup el Ensari who
was the companion of Prophet Muhammad and standard bearer of Arabic
Army. Eyup was killed by an arrow during the siege of Contantinople.
Surrounded by the Sea of Marmara, the Bosphorus and Golden Horn and located on the first hill of old city, Topkapi Palace, the great residence of Ottoman Dynasty, is one of the most notable museums of the world.
