KUSADASI
Kusadasi is not one of the busiest
harbors of Turkey, is also an excellent center for visiting many historical
sites on the Aegean Coast. With its perfect location on the coastline and its
hotels, it is one of the best holiday resorts of Turkey. The town is believed
to occupy the site of the ancient city called Neopolis. During the Byzantine
Period, the town was known Ania. Kusadası offers excellent shopping
possibilities. One finds there most attractive examples of Turkish hand-woven rugs,
